The Company is registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 376701, with its registered office at Tržiště 366/13, Malá Strana, 118 00 Prague 1, IČ 17789010, DIČ CZ17789010, phone: +420 602 155 961.
The Company is also authorized to exercise all possible property rights that may arise regarding the content of the websites under Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on copyright, rights related to copyright, and amendments to certain acts (copyright law).

By accessing and using our Company’s websites, you confirm that you have carefully read these Terms, understood them, and unconditionally accept them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using these websites.
The use of the Company’s websites is free of charge.

By granting an exception for using information for personal non-commercial purposes, no license or other rights are granted to you in relation to this information.
The Company does not guarantee or accept responsibility for any infringement of third-party rights by using the information provided on the websites. The information on these websites relates exclusively to the Company and its operations in the Czech Republic unless expressly stated otherwise.

However, there may be inaccuracies or typographical errors that, once identified, may be corrected at the Company’s discretion. Furthermore, please note that the last update may not always be completed, and the Company may, at any time and without prior notice, modify or entirely delete any information or data placed on its websites.

The Company reserves the right to revoke its consent to the above without providing a reason.
The Company’s website may contain links or references to other websites operated by third parties. The Company’s Privacy Policy may not be applicable on other websites. In this case, the Company does not take responsibility for the content of third-party websites to which there are references nor for any violations of legal regulations by third parties operating those websites and any damages or other losses caused by this.
X. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
Registered customers:
Customers with a registered user account can view their order history after logging in. For orders marked as “Completed” (i.e. paid and delivered), the option to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods is available, in accordance with Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code. For orders in other statuses (e.g. “Processing”, “Cancelled”, etc.), a return request cannot be submitted.
Guest customers:
Customers who placed an order without registration may submit a withdrawal request via the return form available at this link. The customer will enter their order number and the email address used during the purchase to access the next step of the return request.
Shared process:
The customer selects which items to return (either the entire order or specific products) and provides a bank account number for the refund. If the original payment was made by credit/debit card or via PayPal, the refund will be processed using the same method—no bank account information is needed. The customer states the reason for return and submits the request. A confirmation of receipt will be sent to the email address used for the order, and the seller will be notified as well.

Once the returned goods are received and verified to be unused, the seller will issue a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after the returned goods are received.
These Terms were published on 01/01/2024, when they became valid and effective.
